The room was a comfortable 27 sq. m, making it quite spacious for Tokyo standards. The staff were immensely accommodating. for instance, they ensured we had a suitable cab to transport our luggage. Located conveniently between Sasazuka and Hatagaya stations, the hotel made navigating the city effortless. Additionally, the rooftop area served free espresso, offering a pleasant space to relax after a busy day.
The bed was a bit firm for my liking.

rooftop area, proximity to train stations, small hotel vibe
Front desk inconsistencies can be frustrating!!! Self-checkout lacks staff presence, which seems odd for a hotel!!! The doors require proper closing, as they don't shut automatically, leading to security concerns!!!

Recommend it for couples seeking quiet
Room was spacious it felt like a little private oasis! After a long day exploring, we found ourselves enjoying the rooftop garden while having a beer, a little unexpected paradise right there! Also the staff, especially the elder gentleman, went out of his way to help us hail a cab. Can't describe how nice that felt.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but trust me it's worth it.

During my stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean Deluxe King Room, which was larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. The location was superb, being a short walk from Sasazuka station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The rooftop garden provided a lovely retreat with beautiful views and complimentary espresso.
Occasional street noise.

i was deeply disappointed, especially when i noticed the socks from the last customer hanging in the bathtub. and the staff? absolutely non-existent. it's such a shame i didn't receive a complimentary gesture or a room upgrade as i was expecting some courtesy for all the trouble. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room was super spacious, which was a pleasant surprise for Tokyo, and the shower setup was perfect since it had its own area apart from the toilet. I loved relaxing in the beautiful rooftop garden and sun terrace, soaking in the vibes. The bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but I still slept like a baby – definitely recommend trying it out! 😊

Spacious rooms made our family stay comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was a major plus, situated just a short walk to the train station, surrounded by various restaurants and a convenience store. While our initial room was small, the staff promptly switched us to a more fitting option. The rooftop terrace offered a lovely place to unwind, although some staff spoke limited English, which could present challenges at times.

Not Ideal for Families Looking for Comfort
The hotel offered a decent location, just a quick train ride to Shinjuku. However, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues that impacted my children's health. The strong odors in the rooms were troubling, making it hard to relax. I recommend packing air fresheners for comfort.
